PASS CHRISTIAN, Miss. (WXXV)- Another big result from Tuesday night’s race for mayor in Pass Christian. Incumbent Mayor Jimmy Rafferty was defeated in his bid for a second term by current Alderman at Large Kenny Torgeson in the Republican Primary.
