In an effort to help save water, the City of Kelowna is reducing hours at three of its waterparks. The City Park Waterpark, Quilchena Splash Park and Ben Lee Waterpark daily hours have been reduced from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., effective immediately, the city announced.
