KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)–  An Elgin man has been arrested in connection with fentanyl and other drugs, according to Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office says 38-year-old Michael Brian Miller, of Elgin was found to have over two ounces of fentanyl, along with a quantity of crack-cocaine and oxycodone pills.
