Kate to attend Wimbledon ladies’ singles final
Kate will attend the ladies’ singles final and present the trophy to the winner, with Sally Bolton assisting.
On Saturday, the Princess of Wales attended the Wimbledon ladies' singles final, fulfilling her duties as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club by presenting the championship trophy.
Named patron in 2016, the Princess has consistently attended the tournament until missing the 2024 women's finals during cancer treatment; she resumed duties after sharing her remission in January 2025.
Accompanied by her mother Carole Middleton, the Princess watched the all-Czech final between Karolina Muchova and Linda Noskova from the Royal Box, wearing a red Roland Mouret dress with ruby jewelry.
The Princess, 44, presented the trophy to the winner on day 13 of the championships, assisted by All England Club chief executive Sally Bolton in the ceremonial role.
This appearance marks her expanded tournament involvement; she made a surprise visit to side courts on day four, her first time attending early rounds of the grand slam since 2023.
