Kasčiūnas suggests revising the Criminal Code in the fight against the fifth column: it should be adapted to today's realities
Conservative Party leader Laurynas Kasčiūnas says that in order to prevent the activities of the fifth column, the Lithuanian Criminal Code (CC) should be revised. According to him, the current CC article, which provides for liability for assisting another state to act against Lithuania, is not adapted to today's realities. Currently, CC Article 118 provides for liability for assisting another state to act against the Republic of Lithuania.
