Dharma Productions expands its talent agency to represent film, music, sports, digital media, and live entertainment under CEO Uday Singh Gauri, following a major ownership restructuring.
- Following last week, Dharma Productions confirmed it acquired Cornerstone's stake and relaunched the talent agency as Dharma Collab Artists Agency, operating across film, music, sports, digital media, and live entertainment.
- After Serene bought 50% earlier this year, Storyboard18 reported rising acrimony between Karan Johar and Bunty Sajdeh, leading Dharma and Cornerstone to agree to part ways.
- Uday Singh Gauri will serve as CEO of Mumbai-based DCAA, with Rajeev Masand continuing as COO and the agency representing Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, and Aditya Roy Kapur.
- With DCAA, the company aims to support artists across disciplines and build long-term careers, expanding reach and deepening Dharma Productions' role in the creative economy.
- Meanwhile Bunty Sajdeh is expected to continue independently, while Dharma Collab Artists Agency unveiled its new executive structure and Karan Johar posted on Instagram praising their lasting friendship.
