Kansas City Fire Department Responds to 10 Water Rescues During Flash Flood

KANSAS CITY METRO AREA, JUL 25 – A slow-moving frontal boundary is causing heavy rain with up to 6 inches possible, increasing flood risk in Kansas City and nearby counties, NOAA said.
