KANNAPOLIS — The City of Kannapolis identified the man who was shot and killed by police on Friday during the alleged commission of a carjacking. Lorenzo Devonte Gray, 33, of Kannapolis, died after being taken to Atrium Cabarrus for treatment of injuries sustained during the shooting.
