Russia's hybrid attacks will not discourage the EU from continuing support for Ukraine, Kaja Kallas said on Tuesday, warning that the country lacks interceptors. The Head of European diplomacy also announced that at least ten Member States want to contribute personnel and resources to a possible military and civilian mission in Lebanon.
