Kabale District Engineer Januario Bagamuhunda said the new facility has been designed to Health Centre III standards. The 33-metre by 19-metre building will house a maternity ward, labour ward, children's ward, male ward, placenta pit, medical waste pit and a four-stance VIP latrine.
