The Finnish company, which is on its way to the North American Nasdaq, has signed a letter of intent to acquire all the capital of Tearfil, which is owned by the Bel m Machado company, which has accumulated a price of 3,7 million euros in the last two years.
Jyväskylä-based materials technology company Spinnova Oyj has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Portuguese company Tearfil and its shareholders. The letter of intent is related to a planned arrangement whereby Spinnova would acquire all of Tearfil's shares.
