The Court of Disputes No. 3 of Oviedo has put a stop to the usual practice in the capital of Asturias: to fine vehicles parked with the expired ITV. In a judgement of 15 September 2025, the magistrate declares illegal a penalty of 200 euros imposed by the DGT following a complaint by the Local Police, considering that only traffic without technical inspection in force, not the mere fact of being parked, can be punished.
