Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A man now faces charges for what police described as a brutal attack that killed a man with dementia who showed up at the wrong house.

An elderly man with signs of cognitive impairment has been the victim of harassment and scamming by five women in Triana, Seville. The National Police has arrested these persons who are members of a criminal group who would have taken advantage of the vulnerability of the man to commit the crimes.
