Just one in 20 Millennials have achieved their teenage ambitions

  • Skipton Building Society's Track Record Mortgage allows renters to use rental payment history to access a 100 per cent mortgage, while the Renters' Rights Act coming into force on May 1 promises greater stability.
  • Jen Lloyd, head of mortgage products at Skipton Building Society, noted that 56 per cent of potential buyers are unaware of flexible mortgage options, though the market aims to help renters turn ambition into action.
