Bombay HC quashes externment of two SDPI workers
Justice Madhav Jamdar observed that merely holding the view that the Babri Masjid should not have been demolished could not be construed as anti-national and, citing fundamental rights, remarked that everybody has the right to hold and express their own opinions.
