At around 2:50 a.m. on the 21st, on National Route 507 in Uema, Naha City, a motorcycle ridden by an unlicensed 15-year-old male junior high school student with a passenger collided with a moped ridden by a 77-year-old man from the same city who was delivering newspapers. The delivery man was transported to the hospital in an unconscious state.
