From businesses to city employees, newly elected District 2 City Councilwoman LaVonya Goodwin says the effort to prep 24th Street is a collaborative effort. "All hands on deck, just wanting to spruce up, mow lawns, trim weeds," she said. "Clean up any excess trash, ready for all that traffic and the visitors that we will have here on Saturday."
