Lubjana Piovesana missed a top place at the Judo World Championship in Baku. On Wednesday, the Austro-Britin had to fight the favourite ex-World Champion Joanne van Lieshout in the second round of the class up to 63 kg. Piovesana had won against South Korean Kim Ye-ji at the start of the match. Against the Dutch woman Van Lieshout, it was the fourth defeat in the fifth duel.
