UNITED STATES, JUL 24 – Judge Paula Xinis requires three business days’ notice before any deportation attempt and orders bail for Kilmar Abrego Garcia after unlawful deportation and disputed trafficking charges.

The court arguments over Salvadoran national Kilmar Abrego Garcia are being heard in two federal courtrooms — one in Maryland, where he is suing the U.S. government.
