'Bait and Switch': Judge Rejects Arizona Independent Party Name Change

A Phoenix judge has voided the name change of the No Labels Party to the Arizona Independent Party. The ruling says the secretary of state lacked the authority to approve it and move voters. The judge said Arizona requires a party to gather new signatures if it wants a new name on the ballot.
