Judge sides with River District in Grand County dam case

GRAND COUNTY, COLORADO, JUL 17 – The court ruled the River District acted prudently in managing repairs and now seeks nearly $773,000 from Denver Water for costs amid a long-standing dispute over dam responsibility.
