The 48-year-old businessman Ivo Vel Kos, arrested in flagrante for assaulting and threatening the woman's death, was convicted of bodily injury against women and threats. The complaint of the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office (MPSP) was accepted on Tuesday (18) by the Rod of the Central Forum of Domestic and Family Violence against Women, which also denied the defense's request to convert pretrial detention into home.
