Judge releases 2 immigrants held in WV jail, says there was no due process

This week, Judge Joseph Goodwin in the Southern District of West Virginia ruled that the government has violated the due process rights of four people who had entered the country illegally and were arrested this month on Interstate 77 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
