Judge Peinado dismisses the conclusion of the case against Begoña Gómez and extends it half a year longer
Judge Juan Carlos Peinado, who has held Begoña Gómez accused since April 16, 2024, does not plan to complete his inquiries in the short term. Through a decision dated Tuesday, to which EL PAÍS had access, the judge has ruled out finishing this month his investigation against the wife of Pedro Sánchez, president of the government; and has extended it another half year.
