Judge Jason Bomia Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has appointed Judge Jason Bomia to serve as judge of the 37th Judicial Circuit Court in Calhoun County. The appointment became effective Aug. 17, according to a Calhoun Courts news release. Bomia is chief judge of the 10th District Court in Battle Creek, where he has served since 2019.
