Enterstore from the Hartenberg Holding group has acquired an 80 percent stake in Dutch men's fashion brand Joe Merino. Hartenberg Capital, one of the three partners of Hartenberg Holding, announced this on Wednesday. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Men's clothing brand Joe Merino, known for its merino wool sweaters, is now part of Enterstore, a company that is part of Hartenberg Holding, whose majority owner is Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš.
