Water quality improving following fuel spill in Harbor East
One week ago a fuel spill in Harbor East turned into a major cleanup effort. Authorities first thought 200 gallons of fuel had spilled. That quickly grew to 2,000, then to 5,000 gallons. The fuel overflowed from diesel tanks belonging to a third-party vendor for Johns Hopkins Hospital.
