John R. New Jr., 77, of West Harrison formerly of Moores Hill, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025, with his loving family by his side. John was born on Thursday, June 17, 1948, in Milan; son of John New Sr. and Kathleen (Sprague) New. John worked as a structural iron worker for Local #44 of Cincinnati for 37 years. He was a member of the Moores Hill American Legion Post #209, VFW Post 6234 of Milan, Hopewell Masonic Lodge, and Local Union #44. H
