"Those Need to Get Answered": John Harbaugh Raises Major Questions for Odell Beckham Jr. as Super Bowl-Winning WR Eyes Giants Reunion
John Harbaugh said Beckham worked out and looked good, but the Giants will wait another month and into training camp before deciding on a signing.
New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh is in contact with free agent Odell Beckham regarding a potential return, with both sides waiting until training camp to finalize any decision.
Currently training in Arizona, Beckham is preparing for a comeback following a workout last month where he 'looked good,' according to Harbaugh.
While Beckham caught 35 passes for 565 yards for the Baltimore Ravens in 2023, Harbaugh noted that any potential signing depends on whether his body can hold up to NFL demands.
With injured receivers Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton recovering, the Giants are also evaluating recent depth additions Darnell Mooney and Calvin Austin III before committing to a roster spot.
Training camps typically open in late July, and the Giants intend to 'play it out over the next month and into training camp' before finalizing their receiver group.
