Normally I'd be writing some decent rains in the region today but alas, as has been the case for about 2 1/2 months now...not so much. It seems that everything that can prevent widespread Metro rains from happeningis happening right now. Yeah, there may be a shower or two out there today or tomorrow morning but the amounts are going to be rather minor, and many again won't get a drop. So that leads to this...let's talk about another winter weath…
