On October 20, one of the earth’s most beautiful flowers dropped its last petal.
As the oldest born to Donna and Fred Eagan, Jo-Ann received early experience teaching her siblings: William, Patricia (James), and Robert (Cynthia). Jo-Ann used these skills at the Dresden Area Central School where she taught for over a decade.
