JLL Capital Markets provides construction financing and equity placement for 265-unit multifamily high-rise in Dallas
JLL Capital Markets secured a construction financing and equity placement for Lucille, a 265-unit, 22-story Class-AA high-rise multifamily development with 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in Uptown Dallas. JLL represented the developer, Endeavor Real Estate Group, in securing the loan through Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen GZ (Helaba). JLL also arranged the equity placement with Canyon Partners Real Estate. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Lucille will be located at 2700 McKinney Ave., less than two blocks from Whole Foods Market in the heart of Uptown. The development will feature 22 stories above grade, four levels of below-grade parking on a 1.14-acre site. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the tower will offer expansive views of the Dallas skyline overlooking the historic State Thomas neighborhood. Located at the intersection of McKinney Avenue and Boll Street, the property boasts a Walk Score of 96 and offers residents access to more than 11,000 jobs within a 10-minute walk. The development is also conveniently located in Uptown Dallas, Downtown Dallas, the Dallas Medical District and Victory Park. JLL Capital Market’s Investment and Sales Advisory team was led by Senior Managing Director Campbell Roche, Senior Director John Bauman, Vice President Rex Cruz, Associate Chad Lisbeth and Analyst Riley Alam.
