The property sits less than 40 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport, ranked as the eighth-largest cargo airport in the U.S. and home to the world’s second-largest FedEx Express hub. The Whitestown location benefits from a 10-mile radius population of 149,253 with a workforce exceeding 98,000 and draws from the broader Indianapolis metropolitan area’s skilled labor pool.
