JinkoSolar Globally Launches AIDC Modules for Data Centers
JinkoSolar's Tiger Neo 3.0 modules offer up to 85% bifaciality and enhanced safety features to reduce lifecycle costs and support stable power for AI and data centers.
- On March 22, 2026, JinkoSolar globally launched its new AIDC modules in Shanghai for data centers, built on the Tiger Neo 3.0 TOPCon platform, targeting AI, GPU clusters, and supercomputing plants.
- To meet data centers' strict reliability needs, the AIDC module addresses demands for high load capacity, non-stop operation, security, and low O&M, with Tiger Neo 3.0 delivering over 24.8% efficiency and 670W to minimize LCOE.
- Passing extreme physical tests, the modules cleared a 55-millimeter hail impact test, 6,000 Pa front-side and 4,000 Pa rear-side loads, and met IEC 60695, UL 94 V-0, IEC 61730-2:2023, and UL 790 Class A standards.
- A 670W module demonstrates 85% bifaciality and can reach 844W total output at 0.26 ground reflectance, increasing usable power for AI data centers and better roof and land utilization.
- Stable low-light output means the modules maintain 95%–98% power and boost morning/evening generation by up to 8.93% in 100–200 W/m², aiding AI data centers' round-the-clock demand.
