Jing Yan shoots 66 at breezy Blythefield to take Meijer LPGA Classic lead
Yan carded a bogey-free 66 and moved to 10 under, leaving her one stroke ahead with the final round ahead.
Jing Yan shot a 6-under 66 on Friday to take the second-round lead at the Meijer LPGA Classic, held before the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship next week at Hazeltine.
Yan had a bogey-free round in breezy conditions at Blythefield Country Club, reaching 10 under par.
The 30-year-old American has not won on the LPGA Tour yet.
Lottie Woad of England and Cassie Porter of Australia trailed by one stroke with rounds of 66 and 68, respectively.
