Kate Mcguire is the featured 3D artist in June at the Ferndale Arts Gallery, 535 Main St., Ferndale. Mcguire hails from San Francisco and was a respiratory therapist for 30 years. She moved to Ferndale about five years ago and discovered the Ferndale Arts Gallery. She says the gallery helped to save her when she was feeling a little lost leaving her home in San Francisco.
