Jerzy Substyk Jurny, a participant in the Warsaw Uprising and vice-president of the Warsaw Insurgents' Association, has died. The insurgent's death was announced by Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski. Jurny fought in the Bartkiewicz Regiment in the North Śródmieście district, was wounded twice, and was taken prisoner by the Germans after the Uprising's fall.
