Jeremy Hansen Joins First Canadian Space-to-Earth Call From Orion
The Canadian astronaut shared views of Earth and daily life aboard Orion as the Artemis II crew neared the moon on a 10-day flyby.

LONGUEUIL -- Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen connected with Earth from deep space early Saturday morning in a historic first for the Canadian Space Agency, as part of a live question-and-answer session during the Artemis II mission.

The Canadian astronaut gave his first impressions during a video call on Saturday. Together with the other three astronauts of the mission, he crossed the midpoint between Earth and the Moon.
