Following Dolly Parton's death at age 80, stars gathered at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on Saturday night to honor the queen of country music.
Just a few days after her death, the Grand Ole Opry Dolly Parton (†80) dedicated a large memorial show. As USA Today reports, on Saturday evening, August 29, 2026, numerous artists came together in Nashville to commemorate the country legend. The house was sold out, many fans appeared with flowers and in festive clothes to say goodbye. On stage were among others Carly Pearce (35), Kathy Mattea, Jelly Roll (41) and Dolly's niece Jada Star.
