PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) -- The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) announced that the Fourth of July is a statewide "Fish-For-Free Day." Born July 31, 1933, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Frank Ziegler and Helen Mountain Ziegler. Jean worked as a secretary for R & S Sales.
