JCCM's 'Neighbor Project' soft opening brings out large crowd, celebrating new offerings by group

At least 100 people came to the ribbon-cutting ceremony held by Jefferson County Community Ministries on the grounds of its Neighbor Project on June 4. “This turnout is amazing,” said Brooke Grossman, JCCM’s executive director, as she started the event.
