JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Johnson City is preparing to honor the memory of a first responder who died in the line of duty. The village is holding a ceremony tomorrow to dedicate the recently reconstructed Lester Avenue Bridge in honor of J-C firefighter Homer Mead.
