YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - The fifth annual Jazz Fest is back at the B&O Station in Youngstown. The first concert of the summer series was on Wednesday. Concerts are every Wednesday, from noon to 2 p.m. Attendees should bring their lawn chairs, or their dancing shoes, for an afternoon of tunes.
