Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Premier Tech) was unable to finish off the hard work set by his team in the 7th stage of the Tour. He was in pole position to complete the attack, but four riders passed him. Philipsen was initially frustrated, but he had already calmed down in front of the cameras.
