Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi stressed in his keynote address at the 3rd Japan Pacific Islands Defense Dialogue (JPIDD) meeting, held through Tuesday, in Tokyo that Japan will strengthen coordination with island nations in the Pacific and promote peace and stability in the region.
Japan, which met Trump's demands to contain China, has called on the defense of all Pacific island nations. Japan must keep pace with the Donroju and act as a key partner to protect the Pacific as a sea of peace. Japanese Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi invited the defense ministers of 14 Pacific island nations to the Japan-Pacific Islands Defense Ministers' Meeting (JPIDD) on the 23rd.
