Janesville's Humane Society helps out-of-state dogs in crowded shelters

The Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin works with Greater Good Charities and another nonprofit in a growing number of cases involving dogs orphaned across the U.S. in the wake of severe storms, hurricanes, wildfires and other natural disasters.
