James E. Neal Jr.  - American Press

Born Nov. 11, 1940 in Montgomery, Ala. He moved to Lake Charles, La. in 1966 with his wife, Peggy Neal, who passed in 2021.  He is survived by his son, James E Neal III and wife, Susan Neal, of Lamarque, Texas; daughter, Pam Neal Blake, and her sons, Hunter Blake and Jimmy Blake Jr. James had been living in Lamarque, Texas since 2022 after having a stroke. He was a member of the South west Louisiana Rifle and Pistol Club and a member of the NRA.
