Jacmel: Arnel Bélizaire in court for theft and aggravated violence

The former deputy Arnel Bélizaire appeared this Monday morning in front of Jacmel's public prosecutor's office, in a case of "assault" against Gabrielle Dougé, a young entrepreneur with a degree in tourism. The facts date back to the 30th of April, the day of his arrest, and are repressed by articles 254 and 257 of the Haitian Penal Code.
