Jacksonville Community Land Trust to create attainable housing in urban core

In an effort to meet Jacksonville’s need for housing for low-income residents, a local nonprofit is developing a new Eastside community with attainable housing. The Jacksonville Community Land Trust’s first neighborhood, Roosevelt Commons, is set to break ground early next year.
