Jack Vincent Howard, 87, passed away on Jan. 25, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on Feb. 24, 1938, in Hackberry, La., to parents, Leora Vincent and Luther V. Howard.   He spent most of his childhood in Sulphur, La. where he participated in every sport offered and graduated from Sulphur High.
